Are you a Production Engineer looking to progress your career within a high-tech defence organisation? As a Production Engineer you will be responsible for providing production engineering support for new and existing products. The Production Engineer roles will also require you to support assembly and test staff to ensure that products are built efficiently and to required standards.
In this exciting role, you will also be responsible for:
- Designing tooling and jigs.
- Creating and amending BOM`s using MRP system.
- Providing shop floor support to resolve any problems with processes or designs.
- Investigating and implementing design changes to improve production processes.
For this role, you will need to have:
- A relevant qualification in an Engineering discipline.
- Experience in a similar role - Production Engineering within in a precision mechanical background.
- Knowledge of metal and ceramic to metal joining processes.
- Some process improvement experience.
This role is based in Middlesex and offers a salary ranging from �25k - �35k, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
