Injury Management Consultant

Based in St Albans the company is a leading supplier of injury, absence and risk solutions. They are dedicated to delivering positive outcomes for clients and customers through their high quality service. As a member of the team you will provide proactive, psychological case management post incident, encouraging and facilitating a timely resolution of injury and return to work activities.
The role will involve conducting initial needs, vocational, transferable skills and psychological assessments, with the clients followed by case management activities such as arranging treatment and developing return to work programmes to obtain successful outcomes on cases.
You will be required to make labour market and transferable skills recommendations. You will also be required to build vocational and psychological products and services and write internal policies for managing psychologically related cases.
To be considered for this role you will have
A Degree in Psychology.
Substantial clinical psychological experience including proven experience in the vocational or occupational rehabilitation industry.
Experience in occupational health work on psychological cases, developing return to work plans and provide support and advice to achieve return to work goals.
Experience in vocational counselling, vocational assessment and job seeking support.
Exceptional personal and communication skills.
Highly organised with an excellent telephone manner .
Good working knowledge of Microsoft software packages and strong typing skills.
Full Driving Licence required.
