Located amongst postcard perfect scenery in Austria, our client is in the top 3 companies in the world, developing and commercialising innovative electrical/micro=electronic medical device products internationally. A Quality Engineer is sought to join the QA division and focus on technical investigations within the Complaints handling (QA) process. Specific tasks will include the

* Leading non-routine technical failure investigations
* Leading, performing and coordinating investigations to find the root-cause of problems, and
* Strive to improve the Quality Management System (collecting and analysing data, perform root-cause analyses and author reports containing investigation findings)

Typically this peson would hold a degree in electronics, biomedical engineering or similar, and with experience working with implantable medical devices that provide clinical therapy through electrical stimulation techniques. Excellent communication skills are important, as is atttention to detail, and preferably with project management skills as this work will involve coordinating the investigation process company-wide
