Regulatory Compliance Officer - Biocides, Pesticides - development in other regulations offered.

Our client is a producer of household products offering efficient alternatives to some of the leading brands. With a broad range of products not just limited to cleaning products, this is a role that will offer unheard of exposure to every European legislation making you an all rounded regulatory individual. This is a support role to the current department manager and will involve not just regulatory issues but also quality management systems also.

You will work on checking supplier compliance to the various legislation with a main focus on Biocidal and Pesticide product regulations.

As this is a support role, you will play a part in supporting other areas of legislative compliance including REACh, RoHs, Cosmetics, Detergents, and CLP

Quality Assurance will play a part of your duties including compiling of technical files, advising on product markings and labelling

You will work with Quality Management Systems and review product test reports (REACh, SvHC)

Compiling of Safety data sheets

QUALIFICATIONS

Those who have regulatory compliance experience within these areas, particularly Biocides and Pesticides are encouraged to apply. Particularly those who have experience within FMCG and household products.

As a secondary list, candidates who have REACh, Cosmetic, or Detergent regulatory experience will be considered.

Ability to be based close to the site fulltime 5 days per week (North West)
