LEADING FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPANY is searching for a Senior SAS Analyst to join their exciting new team in the North West. You will be responsible for the optimisation and development of marketing and risk strategy across a large product portfolio through statistical analysis, pricing analysis and customer segmentation.
The team sits within a new part of the business responsible for automated online decisioning. You will aid this process by analysing large sets of customer data (including online and offline) and recommending risk and marketing based strategies. Ideally you will come from a financial services background with excellent SAS skills and a passion for customer analytics.
This role pays up to £35-50K dependant on experience + an excellent package
This role requires:
-At least 2 years experience with SAS - preferably SAS Base
-Strong analytical skills
-Excellent communicational skills both written and verbal
-Customer segmentation experience
-BSc in a numerate subject; Maths, Statistics, Economics, Operational Research or similar
Nice to have:
-Statistical modelling experience - regression, CHAID or similar
-Web analytics experience
-MSc in a numerate subject
