As they are a small business you will be given the opportunity to get involved with different aspects of the role and grow with the company.
Your task will not be to sell, but to provide support to the existing Sales staff and Customers.
You will carry out the following:
RECEIVING ORDERS FROM CUSTOMERS/AGENTS
MAKING CHECKS FOR CREDIT LIMITS, STOCK AVAILABILITY, POSSIBILITY OF DESPATCHES AND THEN CONFIRMING WITH THE CUSTOMERS
ISSUING OF THE PICKING LIST
MAKING THE TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENTS, INVOICING, ANY QUERIES POST INVOICING
PROCESSING ANY OFFERS TO THE CUSTOMERS
The succesful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
EXPERIECE OF WORKING WITH IT SYSTEMS
KNOWLEDGE OF WORD AND EXCEL
EXPERIENCE OF WINDOW BASED PACKAGES AND ACCOUNTING SOFTWARED WOULD BE A BONUS!
DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE AND GOOD TYPING SKILLS
EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS, BOTH VERBAL AND WRITTEN
BE USED TO SPEAKING WITH AGENTS AND CUSTOMERS
