You will be working in a DevOps environment with hands on architectural work on various projects. Scaling and working with performance and automation in a production environment. You will work closely with both development and operations.
They are looking for strong technical experience with Linux systems, scripting and general web application experience, perhaps someone that has worked as a developer before or at least had involvement with it.
Technologies they use include: Glassfish, Apache, Tomcat, ActiveMQ, LDAP, Jboss. Scripting, like Bash, Python, sh, groovy ruby. Python, Puppet, RoR. The development is done in Java and they have deployment automation tools such as Hudson and Go Server. So experience with any of these will prove advantageous.
