Immediate requirement for a Senior C++/ C# Software Engineer in Shrewsbury for market leader in speed drives for commercial and industrial applications. This role will involve user interface development for PC applications but there will also be aspects of real-time development and the role may suit an engineer with some experience of both embedded and GUI development.
Suitable applicants will have least 6yrs software design and development experience with strong C++ or C# skills. Experience in the use or development of software for industrial automation products such as PLCs, machine controllers or Drives is desirable though not essential. Experience in use of structured design methodologies such as UML is beneficial.
