Leading construction management company has a number of high specification, high-rise commercial developments on their books and due to rapid expansion, they are looking to recruit.

The Senior Construction Manager will have both site and operations experience coming from a strong structural steel background. Be commercially aware and contractually astute, and should possess coordination skills with regards to labour resources, procurement and delivery of materials. You will be effective in motivating Contractors and display competencies in dealing with Design Consultants, Statutory Authorities and technical support staff. Experience of managing major high-rise commercial developments from start to completion is essential.
