Leading construction management company has a number of high specification, high-rise commercial developments on their books and due to rapid expansion, they are looking to recruit.

The Senior Design Manager will be responsible for managing the whole design process from tender stage through to completion. You will be fully conversant in CDM regulations, Method Statements and Risk Assessments. To identify with the overall design concept to monitor design team progress against programme, to assist in development of procurement strategy. The successful Senior Design Manager will have proven abilities in architectural design and is likely to have design experience within fast-track construction.
