My client is a specialist software company based in Dublin 2 which is growing its Development team to include a new Java Web Developer with 5 or more years experience in Web development and Spring.

Skills required for this role:
* 5 or more years experience in Java and JEE 6
* Strong knowledge of JavaScript and related JavaScript libraries is essential
* A knowledge of Spring (Spring MVC, Spring Security etc) is key
* Web Services experience is beneficial
* SVN/MVN experience is desirable
* Experience working with continuous integration and test driven design
* Web application development experience with any of the following: REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, AJAX
* HTML, CSS knowledge
Nice to have:
* JPA/Hibernate
* JavaScript frameworks: ExtJS, MooTools, jQuery
* Weblogic
* Cloud
