The successful candidate must have significant management accounting and budgeting/ forecasting experience. Manufacturing experience is essential preferably in a multinational environment.
THE ROLE:
* Annual Budgeting Process - responsible for gathering inputs, building up Budget cost model and reviewing key outputs with Financial Controller.
* Quarterly Financial Forecast - roll up volume and overhead inputs from operations team, highlighting material changes and detailing any risks and opportunities.
* Responsible for rolling up month-end numbers, with analysis & presentation of results to Financial Controller and finance team.
* Back up support for Cost Accountant with the capability to support that role in their absence
* Act as Financial controller back up in their absence, may require attending senior management meetings, ad-hoc meetings, designate signatory and other activities as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Fully Qualified Accountant.
* Eight years experience in costing in a manufacturing background.
* Experience in Oracle Mfg modules will be a distinct advantage.
