You will work closely with both the development and operations departments and take ownership of the performance testing and environment, setting requirements through to production release and follow up, helping the business end to understand non functional testing requirements.
They are looking for strong Performance Testing experience and skills, knowledge in writing/modifying test cases, good knowledge from high transaction rate systmes and preferably with J2EE/JEE application servers and software process. Experience with Load runner is advantageous or Silk or Rational Performance Tester.
