The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible to the Planning Manager and providing a pre-construction and tender planning service. You will allocate Construction Traffic Management Plans, prequalification programmes and method assessments and tenders to members of the department. During the tender process you will review the information and drawings issued, abstract quantities from the bills of quantities apply output rates to establish activity durations, prepare tender programme, attend the tender adjudication meeting and present the details of the project, programme and methodology to the Directors.
