Our client is well recognised in the UK as a leading developer throughout London and surrounding Home Counties. Our client is an expanding company benefitting from significant growth and are reputable in building quality new homes.
About the Role:
Our client are looking for a Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial control and take lead on a double scheme development of 97 residential units in London. You will be required to liaise with project managers and the client to ensure that the programme is following its schedule. Other duties will involve contract administration, forecasting cashflow, managing a team of assistant surveyors, monthly valuations, variations and final account settlement. You will report directly to the Commercial Director.

- Developer (Residential) experience essential with at least 8 years experience working as a qualified Quantity Surveyor
