Senior Sales Manager

This is a new opportunity with a leading IT services broker who is recruiting a Senior Sales manager to join a successful, professional and expanding business across the World. The client is in search of a Senior Sales Manager that has hands on experience in an internal Senior Sales management role. The Senior Sales Manager will have the overall responsibility to design and lead sales plays, develop sales managers, hit revenue and margin targets and be able to drive the number whilst accurately forecasting.

The Senior Sales Manager role:

* Engage managers and coach/develop to close identified gaps; ensure you have the best overall team possible to deliver results
* Accountable for creation, delivery, and execution of VSOT (vision)
* Create & execute employee retention programs; retain and develop high performers
* Accountable for effective personal development plans (PDP) with managers and reps
* Accountable for regular & effective performance improvement plans (PIPs)
* Accountable for effective succession planning and anticipating moves for sales center needs
* Accountable for effective on-boarding process and training
* Set clear performance expectations and delivers regular, effective communication to teams

Experience require and duties: Senior Sales Manager

* Effectively hits revenue P&L targets with basic proficiency; VP develops any gaps
* Able to manage frequent changes in priorities driven by VP
* Capable of aligning targets with both operating plan and client targets
* Develop and execute effective forecasting techniques tailored to the unique aspects of the business
* Prepare concise internal and external communication around performance with a clear point of view
