Senior Test Engineer
A world leading technology focussed organisation are looking for an experienced test engineer to join their highly successful test team.

An excellent understanding of RF hardware, measurement techniques and scripting is required with emphasis in RF design at low power levels in the Microwave band. An engineer will take a lead role of a major component of a project and will be responsible for delivering the scripts on a timescale agreed with the group leader/programme manager. This role involves the mentoring of junior members of the team.

Skills Required:
- Degree (or equivalent qualification/ experience) in maths/science/software/electronics
- Excellent proven understanding of, at least, one scripting language (python strongly preferred)
- Excellent RF measurement knowledge and instrument handling
- Understanding of software/ script debugging and optimisation techniques

Desirable Skills:

- Experience with C or C++ programming language.
- Experience with host interfaces (spi, i2c, serial, sdio, pcie, usb)
- Experience with wireless communication protocols such as Bluetooth, UWB or Wi-Fi
