My client, a highly respected Car Dealership with sites nationally, is looking to recruit a Service Advisor to join their team near Horsham.

As a Service Advisor it will be your role to provide effective office support to the Service Department, by ensuring all jobs throughout the workshop are completed within agreed deadlines, raising invoices and ensuring customer needs are met.

You will respond to customer enquiries both at the counter and over the telephone, ensuring appropriate action is taken. You will have a proactive attitude to managing disputes and have previous experience within a similar role in the Auto trade.
