Our client now requires a Silicon Validation Engineer to be responsible for the validation and evaluation of semiconductor devices. The role will involve preparing evaluation plans, performing device evaluation at both chip and board level as well as board level design. Assisting customers during their design phase will infrequently be required.
Required skills include;
-Excellent lab based validation and characterisation experience
-Familiarity with board level design
-Excellent communication skills
-BSc in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Physics or equivalent
