An exciting start-up who are developing the next generation of embedded debug for complex multi-processor core SoCs are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic C++ Embedded Software engineer who is passionate about embedded debug to join their team.
The primary function of this new role will be to provide software utility and scripting support. There will also be an opportunity to contribute to their demonstration debug tools which are based on Eclipse and GNU tools.
Skills:
*Excellent skills for scripting using languages such as Python and or Perl.
*Excellent skills for software development using languages such as 'C', C++ and Java.
*Experience writing software plugins for Eclipse or building GNU tools is not required although would be beneficial.
*An appreciation of hardware is also essential for this role and some knowledge of RTL languages like Verilog, System Verilog or VHDL.
