Role: In the role of Spanish Technical Support Agent you will support the customers of a global technology company that provide b2b solutions to corporate clients across the world. The technical support agent will take calls from our Spanish markets regarding products and will troubleshoot queries, technical questions and setting up accounts so that the user can utilize the system correctly.
Skills: The skills needed for this role are as follows;
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English additional European languages are advantageous
- He/She must have 1 years customer service experience and 1 years online advertising experience
- The successful candidate will be a quick learner with ability to grasp new programming or coding languages
- A knowledge of Mobile SDK and SQL is desired
