Company:Our client is an outsourcing company that provides end-to-end customer service, technical support and sales services to SME & Enterprise customers across the world. They are based in Cork, Ireland and are building a new team of technical support professionals to work on a new client account.

Role: In the role of Spanish Technical Support Agent you will support the customers of a global technology company that provide b2b solutions to corporate clients across the world. The technical support agent will take calls from our Spanish markets regarding products and will troubleshoot queries, technical questions and setting up accounts so that the user can utilize the system correctly.

Skills: The skills needed for this role are as follows;
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English additional European languages are advantageous
- Candidates will have 6 months experience working with Flash AS2 and AS3 and have a strong knowledge of HTML5, JavaScript and XML coding
- He/She must have 1 years customer service experience and 1 years online advertising experience
- The successful candidate will be a quick learner with ability to grasp new programming or coding languages
- A knowledge of Mobile SDK and SQL is desired
