Company: Our client is a market leader that uses radio frequency technology to design and produce cutting-edge devices making consumers daily lives easier and safer and is sold to more than 20 countries worldwide. They are now hiring a Spanish & German International Sales Manager based in Switzerland.
Role: This role will involve;
- Client account management, following up on new leads, researching new customers, making appointments & arranging demonstrations.
-He/She will manage an international market across Europe, South America and Australia.
-managing a sales team (sales and product managers) of 2-4 individuals selling company technologies
-work with the Marketing team on the negotiation of sales contracts, terms & conditions and other agreements.
-define and execute a territorial sales strategy to meet sales targets for region and respond promptly to customer needs and update management on customer service issues.
Skills: The skills needed for this role are as follows;
-This is a role for a sales professional with a minimum of 3 years` experience in a sales or management based role
-For the nature of this position, candidates will need to demonstrate education or experience in a livestock (agricultural) based industry
-You will need to speak English, Spanish and German
-Candidates will need to be will to travel for company purposes.
