Company based in Geneva is looking to hire a Support Engineer to join their IT team on a permanent basis.

Role:
Responsible for support to users within the business
Use and update the ticketing tool
Manage user accounts (Active Directory)

Skills:
2/3 years' experience in Support
Good communication skills
Experience with Windows (XP & 7)
Good knowledge of MS Office 2010, Active Directory, Exchange, Outlook
Experience with Citrix
MCITP, MCTS, MCSE or MCSA certification
Fluent in French
