Systems Consultant required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Dublin client.

THE ROLE:

*Support new and existing system projects.
*Implement both new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
*Implement the System in new sites.
*Liaise with a diverse client portfolio to understand their HR business requirements.
*Implement full project lifecycles, from initiating a project, client training, implementation, UAT support and live running.
*This includes delivering application training to client HR and management teams.
*Requirement analysis gathering and completion of final specifications.
*Provide knowledge of IT initiatives.
*Provides analysis and recommendations to HR business users.
*Manage and deliver on project deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

*Degree qualified, preferably in an IT or Finance discipline (BIS, Computer Science).
*Previous systems implementation experience is essential.
*Experience in a consultative capacity is required.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Ability to travel is essential.
*Experience in testing and documentation writing.
*An innovative individual with the ability to drive for results.
*A self-starter with an ability to work to deadlines in a fast paced environment.
*Ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders.
*Strong organisational skills with an ability to prioritise are essential.
*Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite.
*Knowledge of best practise in HR would be an advantage.
*Previous Project Management experience would be an advantage.
*Experience with SQL, PL/SQL would be an advantage.
