A technical support consultancy position is currently available with a major company specialising in world-renowned financial and risk management software. This in an opportunity to support complex products and services for major clients around the world and demonstrate excellent levels of customer service.
A strong support background within the financial services or insurance sectors will be advantageous but candidates that have worked in a client-facing technical support role will still be considered.
You will have good knowledge of SQL Server, Oracle, excel and other databases. You will be a proactive problem solver with a talent for support and set high standards for customer service. In addition you will be well educated and hold at least a 2:1 from a top 20 UK university or equivalent.
