Managing a team of approx. 1 dozen Test Engineers and Test Leads your role will include:
*Governance of test policies & methods several teams.
*Definition, communication and continual improvement of processes, standards, policies and tools.
*Management, training, development and mentoring team members.
*Increase the throughput of the testing team through automation, smart practices and consolidation
As a successful Test Manager you will have worked in a customer-facing environment, have good experience of the software development lifecycle and your experience will include:
*Experience of backend complex systems
*Handset testing
*collaborative testing techniques : TDD / BDD / Agile
*Risk-based test planning, effort estimation & execution
*Highly transactional, highly available real-time applications
*Working with offshore teams and 3rd party suppliers of testing services
