Usability/ Research/ Accessibility Specialist - Management Opportunity - London

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Mid or Senior Level UX Research / Usability / Accessibility consultant to take a step up into a management position in one of the most exciting firms in the capital.

This role would suit someone who doesn't just follow orders, but knows intuitively the best route forward in tackling usability and accessibility issues. In other words, you will be someone who knows which research questions to ask to get the desired results.

Proficient in the methodology and research techniques including focus groups, card sorting, remote and on site usability testing, you will be confident enough in your abilities within the field and at the point in your career where you can consider taking a step back from the dirty work and a step upwards! Saying this, you must be happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved as required.

Working across web, mobile and tablet interfaces, you will have a keen eye for Usability issues and be able to advise other team members about the best route to UCD success. Any experience of leadership, mentorship or previous management would be a plus but the right person could be a practitioner with several years of hands-on experience under their belt looking for this type of change.

If you'd like to be an important influence on the UX roadmap for this important London firm, then please do get in touch to be considered for this role.
