Our client is expanding its repair and service evaluation department and is now seeking candidates with experience of vehicle maintenance to work with service specialists to feed back potential serviceability issues to the vehicle designers.
The work consisted of performing routine maintenance tasks on virtual build vehicles (CAD models). The aim was to find the most efficient way of performing the task, so when under warranty vehicles return to the showrooms the cost impact would be greatly reduced.
Skills and Requirements:
* Graduate Level or Industry recognised qualifications
* Experience of CAD or other 3D Graphic Design Packages
* Excellent computer skills
* Excellent communication and customer facing skills
* Hands on vehicle experience (Workshop level) -essential
This role is open to recent graduates, but all candidates must have experience of working in a workshop environment. The role is mainly office based with hands on vehicle maintenance carried out as and when required
