In deze aantrekkelijke en zeer dynamische functie ben je als Manager Business Control met een afdeling van 6 controllers de business partner en het financieel geweten van zowel het cluster exploitatie als techniek. In exploitatie zijn ongeveer 1.900 mensen werkzaam in de afdelingen Bus, Tram, Metro, Centrale Verkeersleiding, Veiligheid en Marketing en Sales. In de Techniek organisatie zijn bijna 600 mensen werkzaam in onderhoud materieel, vlootmanagement en beheer en ontwikkeling van Infrastructuur. Dat maakt deze rol erg aantrekkelijk en bijzonder. Je hebt te maken met zowel aspecten op het gebied van productiviteit, roostering alsmede voorraden, voor en nacalculatie, werkplaatstarieven, productie alsmede forse investeringen.

De  controllers binnen business control zijn werkzaam voor de verschillende afdelingen binnen deze twee clusters. 

In deze rol werk je binnen financi&#235;n nauw samen met de financi&#235;le administratie alsmede met de afdeling Concern Control en Project Control. De afdeling Concern Control is verantwoordelijk voor treasury, fiscale zaken, de begroting en maandrapportage. De afdeling Project Control is verantwoordelijk voor de projectbesturing van alle projecten, inclusief het project Randstad Rail, de ontwikkeling van een metro verbinding tussen Den Haag en Rotterdam.

De Manager Business Control rapporteert net zoals de Manager Project Control en de Manager Concern Controller  rechtstreeks aan de CFO. De vestigingsplaats is Rotterdam Centrum.

Belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden
- Business partner voor de directie en het management van exploitatie en techniek.
- Aansturen en coachen van het control team  (7 fte)
- Het voeren van de planning en control cyclus voor zowel Exploitatie als Techniek. Hierin voer je de regie over de begrotingscyclus, de maandrapportages alsmede het strategisch businessplan.
- Lid van het MT Techniek alsmede MT Exploitatie. Hierin zitten de afdelingsmanagers en directeuren van deze twee clusters.
- Participeren in verbeterprojecten.
- Het verder ontwikkelen van KPI rapportages en managementrapportages
