Company: Our client has centralized their EMEA support operations in Romania. They have several global operations centres that support a range of financial shares service, customer service and technical support services. They have 30 + languages and over 1,000 employees in Romania. They have large global clients that they operate shared service, customer support, technical support services, helpdesk support solutions for. Current opportunities exist for Dutch financial experts to join their Romanian team.

Role: Working alongside the field sales teams you will respond to customer calls for product pricing, product information and quotations regarding their products. You will enter and update customer and order data in SAP, you will arrange sales appointments, track orders and quotes and support the sales team and customer on ad hoc sales and queries. In addition you will arrange order documentation and handle logistics operations.
This is a varied and complex support role that requires organisation skills`, customer focus and sales support qualities.

Skills: The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2-5 years customer service or sales order management/ processing skills and SAP knowledge. You will have detailed customer skills, database knowledge and have experience in order tracking and management. In addition you will require fluency in English plus Dutch to native-level fluency (written and spoken).
