Company: Our client is a successful car rental company and they have become one of the best known names within their industry. They attribute their immense success to maintaining customer/client satisfaction by always meeting or surpassing customer/client expectations. One of their offices is based in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern from where they support their core markets. Their German operation manages sales and customer service and finance administration. They are now looking for a German speaking reservation sales agent for their office in north Germany.

Role: Reservation sales agents are responsible for the reserving and preparing of leases and taking inbound calls from customers and clients in German and English and advising them on the subject of mobility and which will best meet their needs. This is an inbound sales job that requires you to listen to the company`s corporate and private clients, understand their needs and advise and close them on taking the most suitable products. The position is managed on metrics such as call ratios, sales conversions from calls and meeting company and team targets.

Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent German and English and fluency in French, Russian or Spanish would be a bonus, but this is not essential. The successful candidate should have vocational training in a hotel or tourism industry and/or possess a minimum of 6+ month`s previous reservation sales or similar targeted inbound or outbound sales role. The chosen candidate should be self motivated, positive, have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
