Role: In your capacity as French debt referral specialist you are responsible for the management of bad debt and processing, in respect with the local legal rules, the bankruptcy and the action by law in order to maximise recoveries. You are also required to work with the Team Leader and the Credit Manager to provide communication at all levels within the HR department. In addition you will be responsible for the management of the bankruptcy in respect with the local laws and rules. It is also your requirement to organise the ``debt referral dept in order to maintain high quality of services.

Skills: To be considered for this role you must have a 3rd level educational background in the legal field. It is also essential to have Fluency in French and English. A good knowledge of Word, Excel and Lotus Notes is a pre-requisite of this role and a strong knowledge in accounting an advantage. It is also essential to have a business and customer orientated persona along with strong analysis & decision making.
