Company: Our client is a very successful online betting company based in London UK. Due to the increase in demand for their business they now require Swedish International Helpdesk Operators based in their Malta headquarters

Role: In your capacity as Helpdesk Agent you will be required to answer all customer queries ensuring they are all handled effectively and professionally. You will also be responsible for the management of all daily emails according to defined turnaround times ensuring efficient service to all clients` web customers. In this position you will also be necessary to identify and communicate suggestions for reducing or eliminating problems and implement them where appropriate in order to continuously improve processes. You must also collaborate with the team leader on all Adhoc projects which may be assigned.

Skills: In this job the ideal candidate must have a minimum of previous experience in helpdesk customer service environment. All candidates must have fluent Swedish and English to be considered for this role. In addition the ideal candidate must possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal. Finally in this role you must be able to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
