Our client, a large international company is seeking to recruit Cantonese or Mandarin Trans-creation Managers for their office based in Central London

Job Role
Your role will include the following aspects:
Project Management
- Core focus is to support team leader and manager to deliver world class Trans-creation service to clients.
- Adhering to project deadlines
- Provide support to Terminologist to update and maintain glossaries and Translation Memory on a project-by-project basis

Client Management
- Develop strong relationships with your clients
- Client visits
Quality Control
- Manage the quality control of each project by ensuring you use the best freelancers and proofreaders and adhere to the checklist controls/templates
Talent management
- Develop strong relationships with local market copywriters and proofreaders to ensure you have a strong talent pool available
- Work with team leaders to manage freelancers throughout the process to ensure they are delivering on time and to the highest level of quality
- Working closely with the HR department

The Candidate

- Your most fluent language must be Cantonese or Mandarin and Fluent English
- Experience with CAT Tools such as TRADOS is essential
- Project Management experience within a transcreation or advertising agency or similar
- Proven experience in adapation, localisation, transcreation, etc.
- A language related degree is a plus as is TV or Retail experience

Salary: Up to 30K - depending on experience
