Company: Our client is a cutting edge technology service firm that offer legal & business services through advanced software technologies. They have launched their services into the Swedish market and are now hiring Swedish Senior Inside Sales to join their Malta based team.

Role: As a Swedish Senior Inside Sales you will be responsible for the full sales life cycle from lead generation through to close. You will receive leads from the marketing team to follow up on to explain their services and pricing. In addition to this you will be responsible for lead generation, researching you own contacts and growing new opportunities. You will achieve or exceed monthly or quarterly targets. Finally it is your responsibility to research accounts, identify key players, generate interest and obtain business requirements.

Skills: The ideal candidates will possess proven direct sales or b2b sales experience. You will need to possess native level Swedish and fluent English. This is a short sales cycle that will suit a person with a hunter mentality. You will also need to be very enthusiastic individual with a sales driven persona. You will also need previous experience in a Swedish Senior Inside Sales position. A Bachelor`s degree is also beneficial but not required. Experience leading a team is a pre-requisite of this role.
