Company: Our client is a successful beverage producing company and with over 10 year`s experience, they have become one of the best known names within their industry. They attribute their immense success to maintaining customer satisfaction by always meeting or surpassing customer expectations. One of their offices is based in Prague from where they support their core markets. They are now looking for Dutch and English speaking Transport Team Leaders for their office in Prague, Czech Republic.

Role: As a Transport Team Leader, you are responsible for arranging all domestic transport orders at the most reasonable price and the highest efficiency. Their tasks include: daily planning of domestic transport to get the finished goods delivered on time and for a reasonable cost, transporting management so they can accomplish the requirements of the customers, maintaining a good relationship with the haulers and invoicing the actual costs of the haulers, linking the transport needs with the customer needs and is solely held responsible for the lowest price and competent transport planning for their region.

Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent Dutch and fluent English and have a graduate degree. The chosen candidate is required to have at least 2 years previous experience in domestic transport planning. The candidate should have IT knowledge of MS Office, Excel, SAP, TMS and IT systems. The candidate should be flexible, goals orientated, have good team spirit, have strong communication skills and have good logistics knowledge and develop strong working relationships quickly in a cultural environment.
