  • Company: Our client is a leading global IT company that has in excess of 20 years experience providing IT solutions to their EMEA client base. We are recruiting for a client that has a new customer support project based in Athens, Greece. They are managing the customer support and 1st line support for a major US technology company. They are now hiring a French and Spanish Customer Support Team Leader to manage their team.

    Role: As Team leader of the Customer Service team you will be responsible for a team of up to 6 people. You will required to manage call quality, monitoring calls, quality assurance and customer support metrics. You will help your team achieve customer service and quality targets.

    Skills: The ideal candidate will speak fluent French, Spanish English. In addition you will need experience in a customer service centre where you will have managed calls, call quality, quality assurance and management of a small team.
