Our client is a family owned company employing 13 staff specializing in the production and distribution of adhesive tapes.
They are currently seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee the warehouse and production operation.
This includes liaising with the Office when the orders are processed, and scheduling them for production/packing.  It will also include other duties such as monitoring performance and ensuring the warehouse/production is kept tidy and orderly with stock movement kept up to date. 
The position will also involve joining as part of the team to pack/produce orders and make ready for next day delivery.
To succeed, you should have warehouse management experience within a manufacturing / production environment.
Demonstrating exceptional leadership, communication and motivational skills, you will be responsible for the planning and organizing of all warehouse activities and managing all warehouse staff.
You should have a sound record of warehouse experience, coupled with a sound grasp of current practice and health and safety legislation.
Superb communication skills and instant credibility are essential. You should be self-motivated, someone who can inspire others with the ability to continually identify process improvement opportunities.
You will have a flexible outlook and have the ability to multi-task in order to handle competing priorities.
Finally you should have the necessary inter-personal skills to effectively work as part of a close knit team.
