Our Client and the Role:

4exMilitary Jobs Ltd is a privately owned by  Internet Job Board and recruitment agency aimed at primarily assisting ex-military  personnel in furthering their career and working with employers who seek to employ ex-military personnel. To continue our growth, we are now seeking an additional Associate Recruitment Consultant. The position is available on a Self Employed basis.

You will have full autonomy to develop your desk with the scope to develop the business into areas which complements your experience.

The role itself involves working on a self – employed basis from your home or own office managing all aspects of the recruitment process from gaining assignments through to advertising, headhunting, screening candidates to organising interviews through to facilitating job offers.

Knowledge and Skills:

Successful candidates must have an ex-military background and will be highly motivated, ambitious with excellent inter-personal skills and commercial awareness with the ability to maintain and develop long -term relationships with demanding blue – chip clients.

Clearly candidates with an HR / Personnel, Recruitment or Business Development background will have an advantage as will experienced Senior Managers and Directors who have operated at or near board level.

You should also be an enthusiastic self-starter, confident with a can do attitude, highly focused and resilient with excellent communication skills.

Earnings are likely to be between £40,000 - £45,000 in the first year but considerably more in subsequent years. The rewards can be outstanding for those who thrive on shaping their own destiny, in a progressive environment, where people are measured on what they deliver rather than words.

Please note this position is on a self –employed basis however this can lead to a Directorship, equity conversion, for those who wish to create independence for themselves and control their destiny.
