rpc international recruitment established in 2004 has developed into an international technical recruitment consultancy and in addition to its core strength of managing logistics and supply chain assignments worldwide, now focuses on the additional sectors of facilities management, catering and life support services, military and defence support services, aviation, retail and wholesale, fuel supply and distribution, engineering and construction including oil and gas.
rpc interim specialises in the growing market of supplying Interim Managers and Consultants. All three divisions source HR / Personnel, IT, Sales / Business Development and Finance Executives who have particular experience in the sectors in which The rpc Group operates.
The Role:
As a result of an increase in business we seek a Resourcer.
The main focus of the role is to assist the Lead Consultants in sourcing excellent candidates against clients job specifications.
Key tasks will be the searching of in – house databases and internet Job Boards to source candidates, profiling and screening of candidates to assess their current situation and suitability for roles, compiling hot lists, generating and gathering leads for future business opportunities and general administrative tasks.
Knowledge and Skills:
The successful candidate will ideally be an experienced Resourcer or a Recruitment Administrator looking to move into Resourcing.
You should possess good computer skills and the ability to acquire knowledge of our in-house databases swiftly in order to be able to undertake various searches.
You will need good reasoning skills and an ability to screen and eventually interview applicants and make sound judgments as to their ability.
You should possess excellent communication and telephone skills and have an ability to project professionalism and personality over the telephone.
Finally you should have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, have good time management skills, demonstrate enthusiasm and act as a team player.
Prospects of promotion to Recruitment Consultant are excellent.
Basis salary will be commensurate depending upon the successful candidates skill set. In addition there will be a bonus scheme, 20 days holiday rising to 23 days.
