Role: This sales lead role involves managing a team of sales professionals that will cover the Dutch region. The candidate we are looking for this position will manage the Dutch sales team, setting targets, driving revenues, assisting with sales development & sales methodologies.

You will also be required to provide ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new recruits. In addition periodical forecasts must also be conducted along with reporting all sales activity to senior sales management. The professional selected must consistently monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results to ensure targets are being met.

Skills: In the role of Dutch Speaking Sales Manager you must possess the following skills:
- The ideal candidate must have fluent English and Dutch languages
- You must have at least 2+ years Management and Marketing experience
- The successful candidate will have 2+ years hands-on telephone sales, cold calling
- A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Power Point, Excel)
- The ideal candidate will possess a degree
