Company: Our client is known as one of the companies at the forefront of internet security, desktop security and web filtering technologies. Their software has been deployed by Enterprise and Small, Medium and Large customers across the US, Europe and Asia. They currently have available an Estonian Inside Sales role based in Copenhagen Denmark.

Role: As part of our clients ongoing growth they now wish to expand their Estonian Inside Sales team to allow them to penetrate the IT & Internet security market.The inside sales professional is responsible for following up on customer leads, inbound emails & phone calls and market development. This is largely a new business role that will allow the inside sales professional to manage the customer he/she wins. This is a targeted revenue generation role that needs someone with a business development and ``hunter`` mentality that can spot sales opportunities within their market.

Skills: The skills needed for this role are as follows:
- Fluency in Estonian is essential.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Word, MS Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must have the ability to initiate and follow-through sales conversation with IT professionals
- Excellent communication, IT and presentation skills is a pre-requisite
- Experience of cold calling and/or the IT industry would be preferable
