Company: Our client is an award winning IT Solutions Company operating in a developing market. They are currently seeking applicants in the area of German Sales Associates based in Copenhagen Denmark which you will use to contact potential customers on the North American market.

Role: In this position you must support and direct reports by actively participating and leading client and prospect meetings. You will be required to provide ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new recruits. In addition weekly forecasts must also be conducted along with reporting all sales activity to senior sales management. Finally the ideal candidate will monitor the sales activity of the team, and track the results to ensure targets are being met.

Skills: To be considered suitable for this role you must have a minimum of 2 years direct sales experience along with qualifying leads and closing sales. Fluency in German and English is mandatory. You will also need knowledge of IT operations. You must be a hunter by nature self-motivated and ambitious, and possess a strong drive enabling you to pursue excellent sales results. A College degree is preferred but not essential the successful candidate must have effective organizational and planning skills: task prioritization, effective time management. Excellent communication skills are also very important as you will be required to prepare and deliver presentations.
