About the Company:
A well-established contractor specialising in external and internal refurbishment throughout the public, residential, health care and education sectors. There projects range in size from 750k up to 3m with a turnover of 35m.

About the Role:
They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to take full commercial control of projects such as a 1.2m extension to a school, a 6m refurbishment to a cricket ground and a 3.1m new build medical centre and various other projects. You will be responsible for dealing with all commercial aspects of the projects and reporting to Commercial Manager.

About the Individual:
- 7 years` experience minimum.
- Relevant experience in external and internal refurbishment.
- Strong commercial background.
- Structured career history.
