A leading and nationally known construction company is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager, to join their team in the first instance on a project in west London.

The project involved is the construction of 55 high-end residential apartments, for private sale. The project is currently leading in to the fit out phase; the Site Manager will be required to manage this process through to completion, ensuring all works are carried out the highest of standards, and meet the necessary deadlines.

To be considered for this role, it is essential the Site Manager has a number of years` experience in the fit out sector, and must have completed a number of high-end fit outs, preferably within the residential sector. It is also important that a good knowledge of all finishing trades is held, and that a CSCS Card and 5 day SMSTS is had.
