Contract

A leading internationally recognised construction and civil engineering contractor are currently seeking a Site Manager, to join their team on a project in Berkshire.

The project involved is the fit out of a hospital in the Berkshire region, the initial contract expected to be 16 weeks. The Site Manager will be responsible for all subcontractors on site, ensuring the works are carried out to the highest possible standards, with a minimum impact to the surrounding areas of the hospital.

To be considered for this role, it is essential a steady career path is held within the fit out industry, with works on hospitals preferably. It is also preferred that this experience has been gained with a main contractor. Also important is a solid knowledge of all finishing trades, as is holding a CSCS Card and 5 day SMSTS.
