Market leading developer is currently seeking a Project Manager to lead a 100 million plus mixed development.

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for the project management of 100 million plus new build mixed development. You will be responsible for managing the design specification, procurement and construction stages. You will ensure that the all projects are delivered within budget to an agreed programme and quality.
