Site Manager

North Kent

A housing developer based in the north Kent region is currently seeking a Site Manager, after being awarded a series of projects.

The Site Manager will be number one on site, reporting to an off-site Project Manager. All projects are a split of private housing and social housing, with an average value of 5m. The Site Manager will take on usual associated duties, ensuring all subcontractors/labourers are performing to the expected standard, and ensuring all works are carried out to the design and time scales given.

To be considered for this position, it is essential the Site Manager has at least 5 years` solid experience in the residential sector, preferably with a developer of similar size, going on average project value. It is preferable that this experience has been with one company and not with numerous companies over a short period of time. Also essential is that a CSCS Managerial card is held, along with a recognised First Aid qualification. SMSTS is preferable but not vital.
