Company: Our client has centralized their EMEA support operations in Romania. They have several global operations centres that support a range of financial shared service and BPO transactions. They have 30 + languages and over 1,000 employees in Romania. They have global clients that they operate shared service solutions for. Current opportunities exist for Dutch IT Helpdesk Support Agents to join their team in Bucharest.

Role: Working as an IT Support Agent you will have the following responsibilities;
You must respond to requests for technical assistance via phone or electronically and diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. In this role the successful candidate will follow standard help desk procedures and administer help desk software. In addition you must follow advice on the appropriate action to be taken and follow standard help desk procedures. Another key element of this role is to provide technical support in relation to Troubleshooting, and solving client problems.

Skills: The ideal candidate must speak fluent Dutch and English. Preferably the candidate will have 1 year previous experience in a technical support position, giving support to end-users and experience in dealing with a novice or low-skilled customers. In addition you must possess good PC Knowledge, problem solving skills, highly customer oriented behaviour and have a way of working with people.
