Site Manager

A nationally recognised construction contractor is currently seeking a Site Manager, after securing a number of projects in and around the Home Counties.

The Site Manager will be responsible for projects mainly involving the construction of distribution centres, commercial units, and sheds for a number of purposes. The Site Manager will ensure all subcontractors are completing their works to the standards required, and also within the necessary timelines. The Site Manager will run all projects from pre-construction phase through to completion.

To be considered for this role, it is essential the Site Manager has experience in the construction of distribution centres/commercial units, preferably working with a main contractor.

It is also important to have a steady career path, and be able to travel across the Home Counties as required. A CSCS Card, 5 Day SMSTS and recognised First Aid qualification are all essential for this position.
